What Is A Lens Wallet? The Amazing Invention For Carrying Colored Lenses On The Go
A lens wallet stores your AVIEW slip-in colored lenses when you are not wearing them. Each pair of colored lenses includes a two-slot wallet for one pair. The optional AVIEW Four-Slot Lens Wallet holds two complete pairs, with one lens in each slot.
Why we created a lens wallet
The idea for a lens wallet started when I got fed up with carrying around my prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses at the same time. That led me to clip-on lenses since I was never a fan of transition lenses. Clip-on sunglasses worked well enough but I still had to carry around a case for them. I thought why not be able to slide in colored lenses in front of your prescription lenses? And since lenses are so small and thin, you could carry around a bunch of different colors with you at any given time! And voila…the lens wallet was born.
Which lens wallet do you need?
Included two-slot wallet: supplied with each pair of AVIEW colored lenses and holds that one pair. Optional four-slot wallet: a separate accessory that holds two pairs of colored lenses. Lenses are sold separately from the optional wallet.
Carry another color without another frame
When you want to change your view, remove the colored lenses from your AVIEW frame and put them in their wallet. Then select another compatible pair. The colored lenses sit in front of the frame’s clear optical or prescription lenses; learn more in our guide to how AVIEW interchangeable lenses work.
Store one lens in each slot
Use one slot for each individual lens to help prevent scratching. A pair needs two slots, so the four-slot wallet carries two pairs. Keep your round and square lenses matched to the corresponding AVIEW frame shape when choosing additional colors.
Choose your lens wallet and colors
Need space for two pairs? Shop the four-slot lens wallet. To choose lenses for your frame, browse AVIEW frames and colored lenses. If you only need to carry one pair, its included two-slot wallet already provides that capacity.
